Semantics of contrast and semantic opposition

contrast is considered a major category in information organization, evidenced by its inclusion in almost all major taxonomies of rhetorical relations, from analysis methodology that according  (e.g. Hobbs 1990, Martin 1992, Mann and Thompson 1988, Asher and Lascarides 2003). Since Lako (1971), two types of contrast are generally recognized, denial of expectation (1) and semantic opposition (2):

(1) It’s raining but I’m taking an umbrella
(2) John is tall but Bill is short. (Lako 1971: 133)

Chaer (2007: 299) describes " antonym or antonym is the semantic relationship between the two units of speech whose meaning stating the opposite, opposition, or the contrast between one another".

Faizah (2010: 74) explains that the antonym is a relation between the words to the contrary or opposite meanings. Antonyms term used for the opposition standard lexical meaning in pairs, like heat with a cold. Antonyms is called standard because of the heat with cold still other words such a warm and lukewarm. Opposition couple pair lexical meaning in the class are not called opposition complementary contradictory meaning, such as male and female. Relation is also the opposite meaning, such as the husband said his wife premises "If the wife Tina Tono, Tono husband means Tini".

excess of this article has a lot of explanation about the antonym and the opposition in the semantics with a variety of many examples.

weakness of this article is :
 there are some examples of the language difficult to understand.

conclusion
meaning is not only equality but there is a difference of meaning as well. example: cold with hot, male with female, etc.

The Expressive Creativity of Euphemism and Dysphemism

Meguel Casas Gomez attempted to define the expressive creativity of euphemism and dysphemis . He defined Euphemism and dysphemism are two cognitive processes of conceptualisation, with countervalent effects (having the same base and resources but different aims and purposes), Euphemism and Dysphemism have different goal, These conflicting emotions and antagonistic feelings facilitate the existence of dysphemistic euphemisms and euphemistic dysphemisms.
excess of this article is the comprehensive explanation so not only in one field only, but lacking simplify the explanation and examples so it is not too easy to understand.
Meguel thoughtful inclusion brings useful philosophical insight for other researchers.
